In store pick up is available on Saltspring Island. You'll be notified when your items are shipped to the store and we hold them behind the counter for you for 7 days.
Cedar Mountain Studios ships everywhere in Canada free for orders over $100 and everywhere the United States for orders over $200.00. Discount code for free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.
Your order will arrive between 3 to 10 business days depending on where you live.
Cedar Mountain Studios is located on beautiful Saltspring Island off the coast of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It’s a lovely place to call home and visit! However, as it is an island it is not ideal for shipping. We love our island home and our community and so we think the extra time is worth it and want to extend a special thank you to you for your patience.
If you are unhappy with your items for any reason please reach out to us via email at mountaineers@cedarmountainstudios.com and we'll make it right.
If your item is flawed we will refund or replace the item and if necessary pay for the return shipping.
If you want to return an item for reasons unrelated to the quality of the item, we will replace the item or issue a 100% refund but you must pay for the return shipping.
If you purchased your item from a 3rd party retailer you must return that item to the retailer for exchanges or refunds.
