In store pick up is available only on Saltspring Island. We'll bring your items to our flagship retail store in downtown Ganges within 2 business days and then hold them behind the counter for you for 7 days.
Cedar Mountain Studios ships free everywhere in Canada free for orders over $100 and everywhere the United States for orders over $200.00. Discount code for free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.
Your order will arrive between 3 to 10 business days depending on where you live.
Cedar Mountain Studios is located on beautiful Saltspring Island off the coast of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It’s a lovely place to call home and visit. However, as it is an island it is not ideal for shipping. We love our island home and our community and so we think the extra time is worth it and want to extend a special thank you to you for your patience.

If your item is flawed we will refund or replace the item and if necessary pay for the return shipping.
If you want to return an item for reasons unrelated to the quality of the item, we will replace the item or issue a 100% refund but you must pay for the return shipping.
