Handmade small-batch preserve made by our good friends at Saltspring Kitchen.

The savory spices and apple in this gorgeous preserve taste lovely with cheese. Pairs well with blue cheese, brie, camembert, smoked gouda, aged cheddar, sandwiches, burgers, and grilled cheese.

• Ingredients are onions, apples, ascorbic acid, citric acid, salt, white sugar, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, & spices
• 270 ml
• Refrigerate after opening and enjoy within 90 days
